Order Cancellation & Return Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 48 hours after placement. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment account within 3 to 5 business days.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. We regret that no refunds or exchanges will be offered for items returned beyond this 30-day period.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, kept in original condition and returned in their original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Certain health and personal care products cannot be returned.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Do not send returned items directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (where applicable)
Partial refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Items that are not in original condition, damaged or missing parts due to customer negligence
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process (where applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will get an email confirmation. We will also inform you whether your refund request is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Please check your bank account first.
- Contact your credit card issuer, as refunds may take time to post to your account.
- Reach out to your bank, since internal processing also requires a certain period of time.

Sale Items
Refunds are only available for regular-priced goods. All sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only provided for defective or damaged products. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours upon delivery via diyjojo01ussh@outlook.com.
Gift Orders
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card equivalent to the return value. The gift card will be mailed to you after we receive the returned goods.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or the purchaser sent the order to themselves for gifting later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery time for exchanged items varies by region.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Return shipping fees shall be borne by customers for returns due to personal reasons. The exact cost depends on your chosen courier.

If items are damaged or delivered incorrectly due to our error, customers will not be charged for return shipping.
